Kent A. McIntosh

President

 

Kent McIntosh is a seasoned business professional with an eighteen-year career in the software and information systems industries. In addition to a successful independent consulting career, he has held several key positions, including President and Co-founder of TerraVolt, Director of Strategic Development at Proxima Systems, Product Manager at MEI Group, Business Development Manager at Softkit Technologies, and Senior Consultant at CGI Group. With a technical background in systems design, programming, and project management, Kent's proven talents in product marketing and management, partnering, and business development provide for the organizational cohesion necessary to successfully build, sell, and deliver software solutions. He has been a speaker at several industry conferences and has contributed numerous articles to industry publications on the subject of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). Kent holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Larry Holmes

Executive Vice President - Sales & Marketing

 

Larry Holmes has over 25 years of marketing, sales/business development, and corporate experience on a global basis in the telecommunication and cable television industries. Over the years, he has held senior sales and marketing management positions for software and hardware products at Rockwell International, Digital Equipment Corp, Acterna, CableData, and Proxima Systems. At each of these companies, Larry was responsible for developing successful sales teams, marketing programs, and operational staff for products that were conceived, designed, manufactured, sold, and serviced in the global broadband cable, publishing, entertainment, and telecommunication industries. He received his formal education from the University of Florida and the United States Air Force. Larry is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Normand Mongeau

Vice President - Technology

 

Normand Mongeau has been working in software development since 1986. He has participated in numerous, large and small scale projects, most of which are still in production. At Epix, he was responsible for the technical management of the Sage software product, which was installed at over 200 sites and was later taught in several colleges in the Province of Québec, Canada. At LGS, Normand managed the development of the Hydro-Québec hand-held computer application for meter reading. Since 1992 he has focused on object-oriented development, which brought him to Proxima Systems in 1996, where he successfully addressed the many technical challenges of convergent Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). Normand rapidly rose to the role of lead architect for the CC&B application, managing the entire technological infrastructure and object model.
