Customer Service Module

This module is used to manage your customer information: the customer profile containing basic information (addresses, language, etc.), current and past orders for products and services, promotions, accounts (billing and payment terms, credit limit, collections, etc.), service calls, appointments, intervention plans, failures, etc.
